If you have previously redeemed the coupon code you won't be able to redeem it again even if you have won by playing a game or filling a survey.
Coupons are valid only for bookings made through the Ourbus website or mobile app (App Store or Play Store). Some coupons may be applicable only through the app, and this will be communicated accordingly. Coupons cannot be redeemed via third-party booking platforms.
The coupon code must be entered during checkout for the discount to apply. Only one coupon code may be used per booking. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Coupons are not applicable on certain routes or special services or traveling partners which are Super Trans, DC Trails, OnexBus, Gunther Charters via Tripper Bus, Eze Transport Inc and Vision Tours via Sprinter Bus.
Coupons are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The maximum discount value per coupon may or may not be mentioned and applies only to the base fare. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
1. If a booking is changed or canceled after the coupon has been applied, the coupon may not be reusable. Refunds will be processed based on the original fare paid minus any applicable cancellation fees.
2. For bookings where the coupon is valid only for a group of passengers, partial cancellation of tickets is not allowed. If the group size reduces, the entire ticket must be canceled and rebooked. In such cases, the booking fee and the discount will be forfeited.

Emails, Popups or website banners may feature countdown timers to create a sense of urgency. However, these timers are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the offer's actual expiration time.
In some cases, users may receive a coupon code offering a discount and a follow-up coupon code upon its redemption. The second coupon code will be sent via email. If the user provides an incorrect email address or does not receive the follow-up coupon due to circumstances beyond Ourbus's control, Ourbus will not be held responsible. Users are encouraged to verify their email address before submitting their booking.
Ourbus reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
In the event of any dispute regarding the coupon or its usage, the decision of Ourbus will be final.
